Sarah came to IDEA4Africa after teaching for several years in the Babson Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy based Rwanda. In 2015/2016, Sarah had the opportunity to lead Babson students, along with alumni and staff, to Tanzania to teach entrepreneurial skills to high school students and their teachers.

She has now dedicated her time and energy to helping create and expand the entrepreneurial culture in Rwanda and Uganda as the COO of IDEA4Africa working with our in-Country Directors. Working alongside a committed board, the organization is empowering the next generation with the entrepreneurial and 21st century skills they need to create value for themselves and their communities that will ultimately change the trajectory of their lives.
