Nicole (left) is a passionate advocate, collaborator and leader of youth empowerment and college and career readiness initiatives. She is an Education Pioneer having just completed the program whose mission is to improve K-12 education for all students, especially low-income students and students of color.

Nicole has managed a team and executed a portfolio of worldwide youth entrepreneurship programs working in four Sub-Saharan countries. She co-authored the From Ideas to Action workbook with Dennis Hanno that is the backbone of the entrepreneurship curriculum used to launch hundreds of youths into creating livelihoods for themselves and economic value for their communities.
