Krissy is an HR Professional with a dozen years of experience working in the Healthcare and BioPharma industries. Receiving her Bachelors in Business Management from Babson, and an MBA from Temple University, she also has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and has a Six Sigma Greenbelt from the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering.

For the past four years, Kristen has been working at Biogen in Cambridge, where she leads the HR Business Partner team supporting Corporate Functions in 30+ countries.
Kristen has been actively involved in several programs at Babson College, including the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program, as a mentor for the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership program. She participated in a BELA program in Tanzania in 2015, and went to Rwanda with Idea4Africa/WILL this past summer. She is currently starting a program in her hometown of Norwood MA called REACH (Resume Expertise and Career Help) which will offer free career help for those in transition.
