Deo’s story is told in Pulitzer Prize-winner Tracy Kidder’s book, Strength in What Remains, a New York Times best seller that was named one of the best books of the year when it was published in 2009.

Bill is a strategically-oriented executive and operationally-focused investor with a background in operations management, strategy consulting and private equity investing. Bill has travelled twice to Rwanda to teach entrepreneurship skills to youths. He and his wife support several Rwandan organizations including the Maranyundo School, Ecole St. Ignace and Bridge2Rwanda while also hosting a college freshman from Rwanda.
